Aims to strengthen project management and international cooperation in VET institutions in Kosovo and Albania, supported from several partners from EU Countries
- Establishes dedicated offices for EU project design and coordination.
- Bridges the gap between schools and funding opportunities such as Erasmus+.
ALLIANCES aims to the creation of Offices for Projects and International Cooperation in beneficiary VET schools in Kosovo and Albania. This will allow the utilization at a full scale the tools and training material for mobility managers that have been developed under the framework of previous pilot projects, where partners of our project have been involved. Within this context, the project answers to the necessity to support mobilities through institutional building activities, allowing mobility managers to operate in a structured environment that will allow them to fully deploy their potentials. This will contribute to overcome challenges of disproportional development between Kosovo and Albania, allowing both countries to participate in mobilities in an equal way.
The study visit in Brussels confirmed that building lasting international networks depends on effective dissemination and communication strategies. Dissemination should not be seen as the final step of a project but as a continuous process that ensures transparency, stakeholder engagement, and long-term sustainability. The event provided participants with insights into EU policy priorities (digital transition, AI integration, and green skills) and offered practical examples of how to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
This study visit is itself a strong dissemination tool, reinforcing the visibility of project activities and creating pathways for ongoing collaboration beyond the project’s lifetime.
