This program plays a vital role in promoting inclusion and supporting children with special needs across Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several study groups have been established in various cities: 3 in Prishtina, and others in Gjakova, Mitrovica, Gjilan, Prizren, and Ferizaj. The program follows high standards, accredited by the prestigious <strong>PEARSON<\/strong> institution from the <strong>UK<\/strong>, and includes external verification of assessment to ensure quality and integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key strength of the program is its balance of 600 hours of theoretical learning and 600 hours of practical training. During practice, candidates will work directly with children\/students in schools, primary and secondary schools, and resource centers \u2014 gaining real-world experience while making a difference in their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With 480 graduates so far already contributing to the education system, we expect to reach 750 qualified assistants with this new generation.
